YouTube has launched a new feature to help users recover their hacked accounts, and it includes an AI assistant specifically designed for creators whose YouTube channels have been compromised. If your account is hacked, you can head over to YouTube Help and find a section called “Recover a hacked YouTube channel.” From there, you’ll have the option to “Chat with our hacked channel assistant,” which will guide you through the recovery process. According to Dexerto, this AI assistant is currently available in English.
On a different note, U.S. intelligence officials recently revealed that Iran was responsible for hacking Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. This marks the first time the U.S. government has officially blamed Iran for a cyberattack that Trump had previously linked to them. The FBI and other agencies believe that Iran saw the U.S. election as crucial and was trying to interfere by hacking and spreading misinformation to create division and erode trust in the country’s democratic system.
